Blue Group

The "Blue Group" was founded in 2011 in Geneva. with 11 states Representatives of States Members of the Human Rights Council (HRC- OHCHR - A/HRC/19/2) . that promotes the implementation of the Human Right to Safe Drinking Water and Sanitation after this human right was formally recognized by the United Nations General Assembly and the United Nations Human Rights Council in 2010.
